Charles has worked with trade and professional associations for 25 years, optimizing their revenue generation, publishing and communication efforts.

Over the course of his career, Charles has served in various senior management roles, building sales and business development teams across all product and service offerings.

A graduate of Florida State University, Charles is a member of ASAE, FSAE and TSAE. He lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wife, daughter and two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, while his older daughter is living and working in New York City. He enjoys cooking and exercise and, when time permits, Netflix binge watching.

Jill’s 20-year association career began as an editor before transitioning into a publisher role, where she utilized her communications experience to support clients’ content and revenue goals. Over the years, she has managed revenue and publishing needs for associations, developed new business, and managed successful sales and content teams.

Jill graduated from the University of Florida College of Journalism & Communications. She lives in Gainesville, Florida, with her husband, two teenagers and three rescue dogs. She enjoys Orangetheory workouts and relaxing in the mountains.
